Our Design Process

Phase 1
Uniquely You

It's vital that we take the time to get acquainted on a personal level. Your house should reflect you. We are here to listen and learn from you what needs illuminate your vision.

Specific topics to be discussed include:

  • Existing plans
  • Function of each room
  • Inspirational photos, Pinterest Boards and/or Houzz Idea book
  • Desired Style
  • Budget
  • Cost
  • Time frame
Phase 2
First Draft Design Presentation

Using interactive digital renderings makes concepts of the design process easily understood. These renderings give the ability to see, virtually, the exact dimensions and feel of the space in a realistic portrayal.

The presentation can include:

  • Furniture layouts, custom built-ins, wall and ceiling concepts.
  • Overall design concepts, colors, textiles, and lighting.
  • Preliminary suggestions for furnishings, area rugs, carpet, flooring and window treatments.
Phase 3
Approval

After making your selections from the design presentation, we will compose a final rendering. This includes descriptions of each individual piece and pricing for you to review before ordering. Once it’s approved by both parties in full agreement on all details (including price) then our team gets started with production so that everything can come together seamlessly.

Phase 4
Installation

Whether you're in town or out of it, let our team handle the installation. We'll take care of coordination with subcontractors like painters and carpet installers so that your home can be transformed efficiently and effectively while giving peace from all unnecessary stress. Phase 5
Walk-through

You've reached your new home! At this point, we will do a final walkthrough and make sure that everything lives up to expectations. After all- you're the one living here so it needs to be just right for you. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have been of service. Welcome home!
